What's new this November?

Lemon shortbread for Lancaster Brewery.
Lemon cupcakes filled with lemon curd and white chocolate ganache, finished with rose gold handmade decorations.
Dairy free chocolate cake with dairy free rich chocolate buttercream. Purple glitter board with edible detailing. Happy 6th birthday Kitty.
First cake of November is this one. A cute cat 40th birthday cake. 3 vanilla sponges sandwiched with smooth strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache and pink marbled sugar paste.

This month I’m working on developing my corporate products. I’ve been making biscuits and cupcakes for a long time but have now introduced mince pies with logos in the middle. These are the samples sent out to all 9 colleges at Lancaster University.
November demonstration ‘how to cook’ aimed at the County College freshers at Lancaster University. 
This month how to make spiced parsnip soup, minestrone soup and mug cakes.

Corporate mince pies for County College and Lonsdale College at Lancaster University. Semi sweet shortcrust pastry with orange zest, tasty mincemeat, a pastry snowflake, small sugarpaste disc and edible college logo. A great addition to any corporate Christmas event.
