New corporate range to come, below is a prototype of biscuits and mince pies crafted and designed by The Lilac House for Lancaster Brewery.
The Lilac House recently created this beautiful chocolate sponge, with vanilla buttercream, fresh flower wedding cake and would like to pass on our Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Smith who recently married at Williamson Park and had their lovely reception at Lancaster Brewery.
Wishing Violet Jane a Happy 2nd Birthday with this cute, animal themed vanilla sponge cake.

Welcome to the new International students at County College, Lancaster University. These are both chocolate and vanilla cupcakes filled with chocolate ganache covered in sugar paste and displaying the logo of County College in saying "Welcome" in multiple languages.
Vegan Carrot Cake
Cupcakes in 2 flavours for County College, Lancaster University. Vanilla filled with milk chocolate ganache and lemon filled with white chocolate ganache.
Corporate mince pies for County College and Lonsdale College at Lancaster University. Semi sweet shortcrust pastry with orange zest, tasty mincemeat, a pastry snowflake, small sugarpaste disc and edible college logo. A great addition to any corporate Christmas event.
This month I’m working on developing my corporate products. I’ve been making biscuits and cupcakes for a long time but have now introduced mince pies with logos in the middle.
